David is a 20-year industry veteran, successfully completing hospitality renovations and specialty construction projects across the United States.

His portfolio includes everything from simple public space redesign and remodel, to the complete restoration and renovation of centuries old historic hotels, and everything in between.

David takes great pride in his ability to deliver projects on time and within budget, understanding the importance of not interfering with day-to-day operations of income producing properties, working closely with owners and managers to insure a smooth delivery of service.

He is an experienced senior project manager and estimator, expert in operations management, accounting, and sales.

David holds a BS in business administration from Delaware Valley University.
